Welcome to The College of New Jersey public report form. This reporting system is not monitored on a 24-hour basis. If you are witnessing or experiencing this in real time and this is an emergency, please contact Campus Police Services at 609-771-2345 or call 9-1-1.
If this is not an emergency, please continue filling out this report, by providing us with as much detail about your concern as possible.
We typically review cases within 1-2 business days and will follow up with any questions we may have regarding the information you provided.
In order to be as transparent a process as possible we cannot guarantee anonymity. In reporting incidents to the College, it is important to provide as detailed information as possible. Understand that the information you provide may not be considered anonymous. While we make every effort to ensure privacy, the information provided and where it came from, may be shared with the individuals involved at any time throughout the case's review. Additionally, although anonymous submissions may be accepted under certain circumstances, this may limit the College's ability to gather more information, investigate, and/or follow up with the reporter, respondent(s), and/or potential witnesses. If there are extenuating circumstances that make anonymity important for a safety or security reason, please make note of that in the report and/or consult with either the appropriate faculty or staff member from the College.
